Summer Liberty Fest Chicken Salad
2 Chicken Breasts 1 Cup Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup Green Grapes, cut in half 1 Cup Cashews 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt 2 tsp Black Poppy Seeds 3 Tbls Chives Pepper to Taste
- Cut Chicken into a small dice while chicken is still warm, not hot
- In a bowl add Mayonnaise, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and chives and stir together.

Add warm Chicken, Grapes, Cashews mix and add pepper to taste
Serve on croissants, crackers, raisin bread or pumpernickel. For a healthier version use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and wrap in a lettuce leaf.
