Shredded Barbecue Pulled Beef
Shredded Barbeque Pulled Beef Prep Time : 15 minutes Cook Time: 4 hrs
Yields 25 servings*
2 3 to 5lb Chuck Roasts
32 oz Ketchup
16 oz Water
2 Medium Finely Diced Onions
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbls Liquid Smoke
3 Tbls Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 Tbls Vinegar
- Add all ingredients in a heavy dutch oven mix all ingredients together
- Put roasts in the pot and cover
- put in oven at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours
- When cool enough to touch shred with two forks. Removing the fat and connective tissue. Add back into the sauce and let set for 1/2 hour.
*If you use slider buns you will serve many more people and cut down on waste
