Retro Tuna Macaroni Salad

Cook time: 20 minutes Prep time: 15 minutes 
Total: 1 hour 35 minutes (including cooling pasta)
Servings: 8
  • 1 pound pasta shells
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 white albacore tuna packed in water
  • 10 ounces froze peas (make sure there is no butter or sauce with them)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 4 boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, then heavily salt. Add pasta and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain, do not rinse. Cool completely.
  2. Run hot water over the peas until thawed and then drain.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
