1 1/2 Cilantro Leaves
1 medium red onion
2 Jalapeno
3 Limes, Juiced
- Dice Tomatoes and salt. Let set while you prep all the other ingredients,
- Finely dice onions and jalapeno,
- Finely Mince cilantro leaves
- Add all ingredients and mix. Cover and let rest for an hour.
