2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
6 to 8 Peaches, peeled and sliced
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (5-ounce) box instant French vanilla pudding
1 (8-ounce) marscapone Cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1.  Line the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer peaches on top.
 
2.  Combine the milk and pudding mix and blend using a handheld electric mixer.

3.  In a separate bowl, cream the marscapone cheese, condensed milk and vanilla together and mix until smooth.

4.  Add the pudding to the marscapone mixture and stir until well blended.

5.  Fold the whipped topping into the marscapone mixture.

6.  Pour the mixture over the cookies and peaches and cover with the remaining cookies. Refrigerate at least four hours.
