Moscato Cranberry Sauce

Moscato Cranberry Sauce

Prep: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 4 cups
  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Moscato wine
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 green apple, peeled and cut in 1/2″ chunks
  • 1 Bartlett pear, peeled and cut in 1/2″ chunks
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 orange, juice and zest
  • 1 teaspoons finely minced rosemary.
  1. In a sauce pan add all ingredients. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat. All the skins on the cranberries will have popped and fruit. Take off heat, let cool and then chill
