Trim ends off the green beans and put into boiling, salted water. Cook until the green beans become a vibrant green. Drain the green beans
While beans are cooking put tomatoes into a pan with olive oil and sauté for about five minutes with the lid on.
Add the green beans to the tomatoes and then add garlic, salt and lemon zest. Sautee for another five minutes until the green beans and tomatoes get to your desired tenderness, I like mine with a little bite
Take off the heat and add the lemon juice right before serving and then add flaked sea salt at the end for a finish.
