Homemade Irish Cream

Nummy, nummy for your tummy!
Cook time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1 quart
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14 ounce can, sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 3/4 cups Irish Whiskey
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Gently pulse until the mixture is incorporated. Do not overmix or you will have Irish cream butter. Might be good on toast?
