3 cups broth from corned beef
8 cups chicken stock
2 cups diced corned beef
1 head of cabbage, coarsely sliced
1 onion, diced
1 28 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
4 large potatoes, diced
3 large carrots, diced or shredded
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained
1) Put into pot the onions, broth, stock, corned beef, tomatoes and cabbage bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, cook for about 20 minutes.
2) Add in the carrots, sauerkraut cook for about 30 minutes. Then add in the potatoes, cook
until everything is fork tender. Use salt and pepper to taste.
