Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour and a half Instant Pot. 2 1/2 hours in a Dutch oven
Servings 12
2 corned beef about (3 pounds each)
2 packets of seasoning that comes in the package
8 cups chicken stock
1 onion, diced
6 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons thyme
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons butter
1) Sauté onions in pot about 5 minutes. When translucent add garlic, seasoning packets and
thyme.
2) Add in Beef, bay leaves and stock. If you are cooking it in a dutch oven, bring to boil on stove top then place in oven at 350 and cook for about 1 hour and a half to 2 hours. If you
are cooking it in an Instant Pot put on roast at 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour and a half.
