Cilantro Salsa
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 cups
2 cups cilantro
1 jalepeno, seeded
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 cup canola or light olive oil
Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until fine. If too thick you may add water to thin out.
This tastes great on chicken. Add some sour cream and mayonnaise and make a dressing. The possibilities are endless
