2 tablespoons cheap instant coffee (expensive doesn’t whip as well)
2 tablespoons cold water
3 tablespoons caramel sauce
16 ounces milk (cold or heated)
4 tablespoons heavy cream
In a bowl add the water, instant coffee and caramel sauce whip with a mixer for 3 to 5 minutes. (Wire whisk will take to long)
For iced coffee put 1/2 cup ice, milk and cream in a glass. Spoon the whipped coffee on top. For warm coffee – heat your milk on a low heat in a saucepan until simmering.
