Prep Time 10 minutes Cook: Time 15 minutes Yield: 8 Servings
2 Pounds Brussel Sprouts, cut in half
1 Small Onion, diced finely
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
6 Slices of Bacon, Cooked until crispy. Save the drippings
1 Cup of Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
1) Put bacon drippings in a pan and then sprinkle sugar on top.
2) Add Brussel sprouts to the pan, flat side down and cook until there is are browned
3) Add the onions and cook until translucent.
4) Add chicken broth and cover for about 8 minutes until tender.
