Blender Salsa
Blender Salsa Prep Time: 10 Minutes Yield: 12 servings
1 10 oz can Tomatoes with Green Chilies 1 28 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin 3 Garlic Cloves 1/4 small onion 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar
Directions:
- Put all ingredients into the blender and pulse about 10 times or until desired consistency. I like mine to have a little texture. Once I see the onion is chopped up that is good enough for me.
- Put into bowl and cover. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Because I serve this to guests I make it mild, you can always add heat with a jalapeno or two,
